In a world without potatoes, you can only eat so many sweet potatoe fries.
These celeriac fries are a unique alternative.
I always wanted to do something with the ugly vegetable.
a strange celery/coconut taste mixed well with my tahini/lemon dip.
I just sliced up the Celeriac and par boiled it for 2 minutes,
then baptized it in Corn oil. They come out a georgeous color,
and Great Texture. Next up a Celeriac Breakfast Latke.
