Tilapia Tortillia | with Cilantro Slaw
SLAW
dice some Savoy Cabbage
chop some cilantro and lots of onion
pour in a generous helping of olive oil and salt and pepper
half of a lime freshly squeezed
set aside to make baby flavours
TILAPIA
marinate in the following:
4 cloves of garlic - crushed
a teaspoon of cumin
a teaspoon of chilli powder
the other half of the lime squeezed
a generous helping of olive oil,
set aside in the fridge to marinate for about 15 minutes
CHIPOTLE MAYO AOLI
5 dollops of mayo
some chipotle pepper sauce
some lime juice
some sea salt
some olive oil, (about as much as you could squeeze out of your uncle donny's hair)
and 1-2 cloves of garlic minced
TORTILLA
I used Corn and Jalepeno tortillia,, unbelievable
once everything is made assemble + Eat.
