Lamb Night with some south end Peeps
This is one of my favorite dishes-Lamb in cinnamon scented fenugreek sauce. The downside of cooking with fenugreek is the house smells like Curry Village for 3 days, but that is a small price to pay. I made one of my favorite indian staples fried daal. As i was rooting through my freezer i stumbled apon a have of a bag of really nice shrimp so I decided at the last minute to make some shrimp pooris. The pooris are basically a flattened ball of whole wheat dough, then you deep fry it and spoon a helping of shrimp mixed with tomatoe, onion, garlic, ginger and Garam Masala, It blew my mind. I can't wait to make them again.
