This is a nice simple summer meal! All the cooking done on the BBQ,
and the rest of the prep only takes about 15 min!
Ingredients for the Salad Dressing
-3tbsp olive oil
-3tbsp red wine vinegar
-2 garlic cloves
-pinch cayenne pepper
-1/3 cup chopped cilantro
Ingredients for the Salad
-mixed greens of your choice
-one can of corn
1.Start by throwing how ever many sausages you want on the BBQ,
and let them cook while you prep the salad
2. Mix all the dressing ingredients together and whisk well.
3. Chop all veggies and toss with greens, pour on the dressing
and toss with tongs.
4. Divide into bowls, and then top with sliced cooked sausage!
