We made this amazing bread today, it was a team effort,
all under the guidance of Alec, who is becoming a master of breadmaking.
It was quite a process, started the night before with a sourdough starter,
in the morning the slapping and kneading of the wet dough and the first rising, then in the 
afternoon the  shaping, proofing,
and finally baking on a very hot baking stone,
with a very worth it end result!
