Spatchcocked chicken with Piri Piri marinade

How to Spatchcock your Bird.
I learned how to Spatachcock a bird.  It is really easy and makes for easier and quicker barbecuing.
basically put the bird breast side down and cut along one side of the back bone, then the other,
and romove the back bone all together,...thats it.
and the bird lays flat.  It marinates really well as well like this.
I have seen this done before can always called it run over chicker, but 
spatchcocking sounds more fun.
